Returns
You can ask to return an item from your order page within the days shown there. Items must come back complete, with their accessories.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back the way you paid: to your card, or by bank transfer.
Warranty
- New: the brand or distributor warranty shown on the product page
- Refurbished and used: our own shop warranty, for the months shown on the product page
Keep your invoice: the serial number on it is your warranty record.
